As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be the first point of contact to ensure effective and timely order fulfillment and deployment of all ADC products from all ADC manufacturing sites and Third-Party Manufacturing sites to affiliates in support of project management and process administration. Timely, accurate, and efficient order management and deployment for assigned products/regions/portfolio to meet the business and customer requirements. **This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.** **What You'll Do** + Accurate and timely ERP system data entry and maintenance of orders in the system. + Creation of relevant shipping documentation including Commercial invoice generation, Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN’s), and System generated pick requests for all manufacturing and supply points in the ADC network to our customers. + Point of contact for all issues regarding: Shipping / Distribution, Order book management and general supply of products to ADC Global Affiliates. + Coordination of shipments to affiliates and countries, in conjunction with 3rd party freight forwarding partners. + Ensure that relevant documentation sent out with shipments is correct and kept up to date for Audit purposes. + Ensures consistency between product sales information and product build schedules. + Collaborates with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to appropriately manage inventory levels and minimize obsolescence. + Perform "What if" analyses to aid in optimal scheduling, priorities and decision making. + Monitors and analyzes supplier performance indicators in order to proactively identify potential supply problems. + Communicates all product availability risks as appropriate to effected departments. + Liaise with relevant departments to ensures product is available to the customer. + Communicates demand changes for the S&OP process. + Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices. + Will perform this job in a quality system environment. + Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. + Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. + Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. + Has a general knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment. + Cultivates a wide range of internal networks and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. + May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on small, well-defined projects. + Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Influence exerted at peer level. + Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action. Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays and may result in the allocation of additional resources **Experience You'll Bring** **Required** + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience + 2-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area. + Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management software + Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities + Flexible working hours, supporting weekend tasks when needed. **Preferred:** + Experience in logistics Coordination and ability to manage the movement of materials efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays + Supply Planning expertise in maintaining optimal inventory levels through effective planning and timely execution of replenishment processes.
