Monitor and drive Inventory level targets. Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cos
Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance
Collaborate with global counterparts to analyze & improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process
Identify and lead strategic supply chain projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint move
Coordinate with plant operations to analyze and recommend long range capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customer
Monitor & report on supply chain KPI’s and drive actions to close any gap
Support the Supply Chain team with data entry and processin
Manage day-to-day operational coordination and escalations, exception / performance management
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience in supply chain roles
Proven success in improving supply chain performance
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
Clear communicator across functions
Proficient in Excel and SAP
Solid understanding of global supply chain logistics and impact on P&L
Experience with complex systems and problem-solving
Knowledge of Lean tools (e.g., Standard Work, KanBan, 5S)
Skilled at leading and motivating cross-functional teams
Analytical, pragmatic (80/20 mindset), and results-driven
Proactive, change-oriented mindset
Fluent in Englis
