The Mobility Aftermarket Logistics Department is looking to expand its team with performance- and quality-oriented interns. The department includes two main areas of focus: Logistics Planning and Fulfillment, and Logistics Transport.

Logistics Planning and Fulfillment is responsible for material planning and procurement for the global Mobility Aftermarket business. This includes defining logistics processes, managing the distribution and supply of goods to warehouse locations across Europe, and coordinating various special logistics procedures.

Logistics Transport handles the implementation of new transport processes, organization of transport tenders, and coordination of direct deliveries. In addition, this team oversees customer deliveries, monitors the performance of logistics service providers, manages transport damage cases, and ensures the smooth operation of all transport-related activities. 

Job Description

► Execute procurement planning to ensure on-time delivery
► Control overall inventory levels according to target deployment and continuously optimize inventory structure through appropriate planning
► Manage supplier performance and processes, and control supply chain inventory through continuous improvement activities to achieve KPIs
► Negotiate and prioritize with suppliers as needed based on material requirement planning
► Periodically review material parameters in systems (SAP), exchange requirement information, and regularly provide status updates to suppliers
► Manage supplier delivery performance, handle first-level escalations, and initiate further escalation for exceptions in a timely manner
► Maintain a can-do attitude, view deadlines as a natural part of the workday, and thrive in dynamic environments with changing tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

► Degree in Logistics (bachelor’s or master’s level)
► Experience in material planning and/or supply chain planning
► Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel
► Hands-on experience with SAP, at least in the MM module
► Fluent in English, both written and spoken
► Strong ability to work effectively in an international team
► Open-minded and adaptable personality
► Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
