This position works out of our Arecibo location in the CRM division.

This is an exempt role.
The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates schedules and implementing activities for the Receiving, Material Distribution and Shipping function, that include overseeing personnel, directing operations and following-up on transactions, to ensure department standards and the Regulations.
What You’ll Work On
Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews.Monitors daily work operations and provides direction to predominantly nonexempt and entry level staff to departmental goals.Interacts with internal and external customers, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures.Develops work schedules for department by assessing priorities, workload and available resources.May perform individual contributor tasks, especially in staff or professional units.Leads the activities of assigned staff by communicating and providing guidance towards achieving department objectives.Schedules human and material resources within a department or section in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure their availability; carries out operations within an established budget.Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, CT, EEO regulations etc).Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Engineering or Sciences.Minimum 5 years of experience. Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews.People skills.Bilingual.Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position is $53,300.00 – $106,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
