NAAC is seeking an energetic, curious self-starter to engage in strategic and tactical proposal response processes across both public sector and commercial pursuits. This person will be essential in enabling the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of NAAC’s proposal development and response processes to  improved opportunity win rates and revenue growth. 

Serve as a NAAC catalyst for submission of compelling, quality, and compliant responses on high value complex driven opportunities to improve NAAC’s win rate. Operate as a key liaison between NAAC sellers, various other internal Oracle collaborators, and our clients to confirm accuracy of responses and compliance to stated client requirements. Communicate the NAAC business value story through the implementation of a common voice across NAAC responses. Participate in of the development, dissemination, and refinement of proposal standard methodology processes and tools across NAAC sales community to drive quality and efficiency. Serve as a proactive champion and advocate for such standard methodologies within NAAC.
