OBJECTIVE：

Monitor, track and analyze related government policies and provide policy insights to help Danaher to form strategies, including key central government meetings (like the Two Sessions), US-China trade issues, and ministry level policies that related to Danaher, industry policies etc.Work with Danaher Platforms/OpCos to identify policy opportunities and strategic suggestion in line with Operation Companies’ business expansion and market access strategy.Initiate projects to work with gov’t or affiliated research institutes/associations/think-tank organizations to build a sustainable development of the industry by shaping policies and participating draft of Danaher related technical standard etc.Work with ExA peers on other key initiatives, such as Danaher show site presentation, business case study, client solution delivery, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Education background: bachelor’s degree or above in biology, medical science, life science, Biopharma is preferred.A minimum of 3 years expertise of strategic marketing, industrial research, or government affairs. Management Consulting background young talent is preferred.Good understanding of healthcare/ life science/ Biotech sector.Very quick learner and with solid research skills.Working proficiency in English.Professional in using PPT, good presentational and communication capabilities.A self-motivator and be proactive
