We have a unique opportunity for a Storeroom Attendant to join our team on a Full-Time basis

Located at the heart of Darling Harbour, Hyatt Regency Sydney is the largest upscale full-service hotel in Australia with a total of 878 rooms. The hotel features a Fitness Centre, 272 seat all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Darling Harbour and 3,700 square meters of new state-of-the-art meeting facilities.

The Role:
Working in our Purchasing department, you will hold a critical role in the hotel. Based in our Loading Dock, you will coordinate with various departments regarding the stock received. Your day-to-day duties include, inspecting and examining the quality and inventory of stock, cross referencing incoming stock with invoices and contributing to maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Dedicated work ethic, with an eye for detail and accuracyAbility to operate in a high volume and fast-paced environmentExperience with BirchStreet software systems - highly regardedCapacity to operate a pallet jack, lift and move heavy items (e.g. beer kegs)Availability to work on Saturday and early morning shifts commencing from 6:00AMFull working rights in AustraliaPossessing a forklift license - strongly preferred
