**Description:**
The restaurant server works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director.The primary responsibilities includeserving guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptionalservice toyourguests.
• Deliverprompt,excellentservicetoensureanexceptionalguestexperience
• Maintainspecificside-workandensurethetotalcleanlinessandsmoothoperationoftherestaurant
• Clearandresettables
• Whencomplete,retrieveorderfromkitchen,confirmitsaccuracy,anddelivertoguestsalongwithappropriatecondiments
• Handlecashtransactionsinaccordancewiththeproperty’scashhandlingpolicy
• Basicknowledgeoffoodandbeveragepreparation,servicestandardsandguestrelationsandetiquette
• Knowledgeof appropriatetablesettings, servicewareandmenuitems
• Assistbusserwithclearingandsettingtables
• Maintainscurrentknowledgeofhotelculture,amenities,andservices,eventsinthearea,pointsofinterest,andservices inthe area
• Allothertasks anddutiesas assigned
**Qualifications:**
● Atleastone yearof experienceinarestaurantfood runnerrole
● Hotelexperiencepreferred
