With that, we are looking for a Staff UX Researcher to join our new product development hub based in Berlin. We are responsible for bringing new products or proposition to life for our partners within EU and UK regions. Our team consists of product, design, research and solution architects who values commitment, accountability and collaboration. We aspire to grow a culture in the hub where we can win as a team.
In this role, you would report Director of Design & Research and utilize various research methodologies to inform product enhancements and value propositions. We are looking for a creative thinker who can navigate ambiguous problem spaces, identify trends, and apply generative methods to derive meaningful insights.

QualificationsWe’d be excited to meet you, if you have:
Strong experience in mixed methods research in tech organizations.Proven ability to design and conduct research studies, analyze data, and generate insights.Generate actionable insights to drive outcomes, avoiding lengthy academic reports.Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly to various type of audience.Creative problem solver with a passion for new research methods and tools.Flexible and outcome-focused mindset, prioritizing impactful insights over rigidly adhering to specific methods or tools.Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and identify trends.Collaborative team player who can work seamlessly with design and product teams.Interest in using new AI tools or other innovative technologies to enhance research work and processes.It’s a big plus, but not limited to, if you have:Experience in complex and regulated industries (payments, banking, healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce) or enthusiasm for tackling complex payment systems.Track record in supporting 0 to 1 products or propositions to market.Experience with AI tools and innovative research technologies.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
