Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems. **What your background should look like:** **Testing Standard Confirm 10%** Confirm testing standard with customers and conduct feasibility analysis in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement. **Testing Standard Update 20%** Collect related global testing standard information, and transfer this information/customer requirement to internal testing standard in order to meet business development requirements. **Deliver Training 20%** Conduct trainings and deliver testing methods to testers in order to improve testers' skills. **Testing Result Analysis 30%** Analyse testing result in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement. **Laboratory Equipment Operation Methods and TPM 10%** Draft laboratory equipment operation methods and monitor high speed testing equipment operation in order to improve laboratory Equipment Operation efficiency. **Testing Development 10%** Provide testing technical analysis support to improve manufacturing engineering process; research communication potential products opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis and provide feedback to supervisor in order to meet business development requirements.
