Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer or biomedical engineering field with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience + Master’s degree in computer or biomedical engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Expert experience in designing and developing complex software systems. + Demonstrated ability in providing guidance to junior team members. + Expert level of understanding of test-driven methodologies. + Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to develop & design at the feature-level. + Expert level understanding of design patterns. + Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. + Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. + Evolves the architecture to support future requirements and defines its service level agreements (SLAs). + Leads the technical excellence of the system and creates plans to mitigate outages. + Profound understanding of interface communication and protocols. + Demonstrated ability to expertly integrate information from varied disciplines including Clinical Medicine, Engineering, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs required.
