We are seeking a high-potential engineer with a passion for GenAI and applied innovation. This role involves integrating AI technologies into new or existing applications, developing APIs and backend logic, and occasionally building cross-platform interfaces using tools like Flutter or React. You’ll be part of a team driving real-world GenAI use cases and building rapid prototypes to accelerate business innovation.

You'll get to work as the Staff Software Engineer in your squad, leading on discussions around technical direction and systems design, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team
Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered prototypes and production-grade applications using GenAI APIsBuild backend services, microservices, and cloud functions for intelligent workflowsCollaborate with designers and engineers to develop user-facing solutions using Flutter or ReactIntegrate observability and monitoring into GenAI servicesAutomate tasks and pipelines using scripting (Python, Shell)Contribute to innovation initiatives, design thinking sprints, and rapid MVP deliveryThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
