The Staff Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the My Account logged-in experience on Cytiva.com, our primary customer engagement channel. You will deliver self-serve capabilities that empower customers to manage their interactions effortlessly, reducing friction and increasing customer experience and satisfaction. This position reports to the Sr Director, Digital Customer Experience and is part of the Digital Experience, Data & Analytics team l ocated in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Define and execute the My Account product vision, focusing on self-serve experiences that improve customer engagement. + Partner closely with engineering and design in a product trio model to continuously discover, test, and iterate on opportunities. + Utilize customer insights, experimentation, opportunity mapping and story mapping to prioritize opportunities that will drive measurable impact for the product. + Partner with other product managers as part of Cytiva.com to ensure seamless integration of self-serve capabilities across the customer journey. + Champion continuous delivery to ensure rapid, incremental improvements. Who you are: + Experienced Product Manager with a proven track record working on digital experiences. + Adept at working in modern product organizations and comfortbale working in a product trio with an empowered product team. + Strong analytical skills, using data and customer insights to inform decisions. + Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience in B2B e-commerce or customer portals. + Familiarity with subscription models or account-based experiences. + Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
