This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. **_Key Responsibilities_** + Develop and implement PoCs of AI-driven features and applications, translating ideas into tangible prototypes. + Lead the AI workstreams of projects you work on. + Collaborate closely within cross-disciplinary teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with business objectives. + Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and proactively recommend innovative approaches to product R&D challenges. + Mentor more junior colleagues. **_Qualifications and Skills_** + Strong knowledge of diverse AI/ML areas, tools, and frameworks. + Proficiency in public cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions. + Demonstrated ability to rapidly create prototypes using code generation tools and other modern development practices. + Effective team player with experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical members. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative approach to innovation. + Proficiency in both English and Polish languages. **_Compensation and Employment Type_** This position offers a competitive salary range of **22,000 - 27,000 PLN gross per month** , with employment under a **contract of employment** . **_Location_** This position is based in **Poland** , with a preference for candidates located in **Poznań** .
