Sr. Wellbeing Lead

The Sr. Wellbeing Lead will work collaboratively as a part of an Integrated team. This associate will work with Occupational Health Nurses and other team members in partnership with key stakeholders to solve mental health and wellbeing problems impacting local sites. They will work with key stakeholders and champions at the sites they support regionally across the US to implement and deploy mental health and wellbeing programming. Dealing with ambiguity and agility are crucial skills necessary for success in the role due to the changing mental health and wellbeing needs of the population.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in health Promotion, Health & Wellness, Public Health, or Mental Health required. Master’s degree in social work strongly preferred4+ years of related industry experience and 3 years of program management experience, preferably in a corporate health or wellbeing setting is required.Current First Aid and CPR/AED certificationPrior experience supporting the development and deployment of mental health training and managing mental health programming portfolio requiredPrior experience of managing and leading a team requiredPrior experience managing a team requiredPrior experience translating data insights into actionable plans used to solve health and well-being-related problems in the workplace requiredStrong interpersonal and customer service The ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands in an dynamic, fast-paced environment.Must have prior project management experience · Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Teams)Demonstrated experience in the areas of facilitation, program development, implementation, analysis and outcomes reporting.What would be your key responsibilities?
In addition to managing the well-being needs of their own sites, the Senior Wellbeing Lead will own the mental health programming in the region. This includes:Developing a mental health training catalog and building relevant toolkits Managing the MH first aider network (including developing a sustainability plan)Support and deploy action planning around MH prevalence and insights from data sourcesWorks with the Effectiveness Lead on projects to advance wellbeing programming in the regional portfolioDiagnose, develop, and deliver holistic health and wellbeing activation plan, aligned to the region’s focus areas, and addresses local problems resulting in measurable outcomes for the businessDevelops deep expertise in Mars Associate Survey (MAS) data analysis to support business leaders in understanding the implications of the findings and recommends options for considerationServes as a subject matter expert for mental health & wellbeing and actively contributes to driving solutions for mental health & wellbeing challenges elevated by stakeholdersTranslation of wellbeing data, dashboards, and insights into actionable recommendations that stakeholders can take to address the needs of their population (Ex. manufacturing, office, retail, sales)Supports the development and delivery of site action plans in partnership with occupational health nurses and key stakeholdersBuild trusted, credible partnerships with site leaders and stakeholders to drive a culture of healthPlan, implement and evaluate signature programs (Site Health Fundamentals, Energy4Life facilitation/delivery, Eat Well Be Well) both at sites and virtually for targeted Associate populationsUtilizes evidenced based practices and tools to influence and inspire healthy behaviors with Associates, Line Managers, and LeadersCreate and deliver mental health and wellbeing curated content aligned with Mars Be Well Together strategy and data InsightsLeads community of practice sessions to share learnings, tools, practices, and experiences to support the teamProactively seeks continuous learning opportunities and demonstrates a learning mindsetDevelops a strong relationship and partnership with site wellbeing champions, well-being committees, and key stakeholder relationships at assigned sitesDemonstrates socio-cultural sensitivity and embeds it into ways of workingAbility to work independently at a manufacturing site in a dynamic fast-paced environmentAbility to demonstrate the full potential of the role beyond day-to-day responsibilitiesWhat can you expect from Mars?
