Job DescriptionDeliver System initiatives and enhancementsPerform Business System admin activitiesProvide end user support (research, functionality, etc.)Collaborate with business partners to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements and user stories for requirementsWork with IT dev team to support agile development of all regional/global system enhancementsDemonstrate technical expertise and business acumenEnsure Global data and process standards are implementedSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system changes and enhancementsDrive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements.Communicate effectively and proactively with all levels of management and articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.Ensure compliance with Financial Internal Controls and SOX policies as deemed appropriate. Identify, recommend and implement control improvements throughout the business provided processesCreate dashboards, reports, charts, and graphs for managementMaintain system training material and deliver end user TrainingParticipate and support business recovery/continuity planning testingDocument and maintain business admin run books and standard operating proceduresResponsible system related periodic activities i.e. month end/year end support etc.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• 8+ years of Financial Systems experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Experience in working with FP&A areas while contributing to senior management decision-making on how the technologies should be leveraged and integrated
• Proven analytical and reporting experience with Finance Systems within a global organization
• Experience with industry ERP systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, eBusiness, SAP, etc)
• 5+ years working with an Enterprise Performance Management system (e.g. Hyperion EPM, TM1, Anaplan etc)
• Must have experience through all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, go-live migration) and experience with project tracking tools like Jira Align, Jira Standard and AskNow are desirable
• Exceptional conceptual and analytical skills are required
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to lead and motivate others
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Should be able to work with off-shore vendors and resources spread out globally
• Extensive experience in working with external vendors
• Ability to communicate and work directly with business leaders across Finance and Technology
• Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Independent judgment and mature decision-making skills to work on projects that often have enterprise-wide scope and may have significant financial and compliance impacts
• Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must possess organizational, problem-solving skills, and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Must possess the skills to use multi-level analysis and sound judgment to work through organizational and process issues
• International experience ideally within a complex, matrix management organization
• Knowledge of the payments industry, in particular the card business within the banking environment, is desirable
