Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. External Communication:
a. Design external communication strategy and calendar
b. Annual Report: Lead the content and development of the Annual Report for AIL, help manage content for any external SLT communication
c. Help prepare for AGM and related external stakeholder engagements
2. Internal Communication and stakeholder engagement strategy
a. Design internal communication strategy and calendar to ensure periodic and consistent messaging across the organization
b. Lead the content and flow for all key events
c. Oversee theme, content and narrative setting for - International Meets, MD Awards, Townhall, R&R meets (Abbott excellence awards, breakfast meets etc.) d. Handle internal communication responses during crisis situations to manage organizational perception and reputation.
3. MD Communication:
a. MD Comms: Manage day-to-day key interventions for MD engagement with internal and external stakeholders
b. Create various media or connect opportunities with the field/HO members
c. Manage social profiling - LinkedIn posts
Job Specification
Education:
• Masters in Communication/ Media/ Pharma
Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Communications across industries (preferably in a listed entity)
• Exposure of managing large scale corporate events
