Sr. Manager Business Analysis/Config SAP OTC, Vistex, Hybris - CuraScript

CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Manager to join its technology team. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of Business Analyst/Configurators responsible for project execution, enhancement implementation, and incident resolution.
The ideal candidate will have proven track record of developing teams, a strong background in business process analysis and requirements management (definition, prioritization, documentation), and strong knowledge in supply chain and distribution management along with an understanding of the relationships between SAP S4/HANA cloud modules: SC, SD, SP, MM and FICO
Leadership:
+ Develop and roll out business analysis methodology: training, onboarding, playbooks, templates, guidelines, checklists, and standards
+ Write and conduct employee performance evaluation, make hiring decisions, and carry out supervisory duties
+ Proactively guide, coach, reward, and discipline employees
+ Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
+ Defines team/individual objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes
+ Establishes employee development plans for growth
Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of tech business analyst/configuration SMEs responsible for the OTC/Vistex/Hybris solutionshands on configuration/dev experience in Hybris, preferredServe as a trusted advisor and function as a key point of contact for business stakeholders
+ Work with IT business relationship managers and the business analysis team on estimating cost/effort for assigned enhancement and project tasks
+ Work with IT business relationship manager to align solutions to delivery roadmap
+ Understand the interaction and relationship of business operations, business processes, and supported system applications
+ Partner with Program Governance and Delivery teams on the prioritization of demand delivery across work streams
+ Oversee the creation of functional design and functional specification documentation outlining process flows and solution requirements (business, functional, non-functional, security, etc.)
+ Oversee documentation of solutions that meet business needs that optimize configuration
+ Align with reporting and analytics team for all reporting requirements
+ Ensure business analysis activities align with data governance policies
+ Oversee cross functional requirements ensuring potential impacts are identified and evaluated
+ Develop solutions in coordination with other technology teams including developers, BASIS, infrastructure, and project management
+ Monitor, review, and approve change control (transports/Charms) and validation documentation
+ Support audit reviews of system configuration and conformance to corporate standards
+ Assign and prioritize project and enhancement tasks among business analysts; deploy available resources to meet project deadlines and respond to business enhancement priorities

+ Strong understanding of ERPs, SAP S4/HANA preferred, and the relationships between OTC/Vistex/Hybris
+ Understanding of data flow through an ERP
Overall Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or applicable field of study, or equivalent related work experience
+ 10+ years of experience in business analysis and configuration
+ 7+ years of team management experience
+ 5+ years of experience with SAP S4/HANA solutions
Additional Qualifications
+ Big 4 consulting manager experience preferred
+ Master of Business Administration preferred
+ Experience in supply chain management, wholesale pharmaceutical distribution, or life sciences preferred
+ Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge preferred
+ Hands on configuration experience (IMG/SPRO) in OTC, Vistex preferred
+ Hands on configuration/dev experience in Hybris, preferred
+ CBAP certification preferred
+ Supply chain certifications – APICS, SCOR – preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 133,100 - 221,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
