As the Sr. Manager, Women's Health Enterprise, reporting to Enterprise Solutions Director, you will help build the Enterprise Organization designed to address special requirements of large, complex accounts, achieve a competitive advantage and create future growth.
You will be responsible for selling the entire line of products to key providers of women’s health services, including large independent and health system-owned OBGYN practices. The selling process includes developing and maintaining new business in defined national accounts with specific account plans and tactics. Improving access and criteria with payers on Molecular testing coverage and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive growth for products (i.e Field Sales, Contracting and Pricing, Trade, Marketing etc.) This role will manage two Inside Sales Specialists, who are responsible for lead generation, as well as opportunity qualification and advancement.
What You’ll Work On
Gaining and retaining product formulary access for the division’s current product portfolioDemand creation for Abbott Molecular solutions, particularly around HPV and STI screening in OBGYN practicesIncreasing profitability by growing market share, new Molecular testing and improving access through strategic planning, leadership, execution and collaboration/coordination with marketing and salesAssess business impact of contracting opportunities to include overall profitability and impact on sales and margin.Working to ensure optimal contract value and efficient implementations/training/pull throughParticipating in the strategic RFP negotiations and financial planningManaged Care contractingOverseeing execution of sales support activities and is knowledgeable of the core marketing responsibilities and key business processesThe role will better leverage the full portfolio of AMD’s products and services to create unique customer value to AMD’s largest, highest revenue/profit potential and most important customer accounts.The incumbent has direct sales responsibility selling to the ‘C Suite’ or senior executives establishing long term relationships that must be leveraged to drive new and protect existing business.The individual will solicit leads for new business development.The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L for each customer as well as developing the profitable growth that is needed to achieve LRP commitments.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree requiredProven sales experience at executive level selling broad and complex product line for a minimum of 4-5 years required.The candidate should have proven ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships and demonstrated capability to uncover a large complex organization’s strategic long term plan and short term tactics and translate into a winning solution.Proven success as an expert in all aspects of value-based, solution selling and ability to work in cross-functional teams to meet clearly defined objectives that benefit the company and customer.Ability to effectively communicate, speak in public, and adapt to rapidly changing environments is a must.The candidate must have executive level business and financial acumen, strong team leadership skills and knowledge of all products and services.They should be an expert in ‘getting things done’ within the company and possess strong negotiation skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.Strong internal and external networking skills with robust inter-personal skills that will develop and enhance long term relationships.Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 – $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
