The Sr. Manager, Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving value for the organization and ensuring effective performance of indirect procurement processes and stakeholders. This position reports to the Global Director, Procurement and is part of the Global Strategic Procurement function located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Lead the advancement of global procurement as a member of the Global Strategic Procurement Leadership Team + Continuously develop, implement, and improve global, cross-functional procurement strategies for indirect goods and services + Inspire and lead a matrixed cross-functional indirect procurement team, providing guidance, personnel development, and reinforcement of optimized processes and controls + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies and provide direct support for high-value negotiations + Present performance reports to supply chain and cross-functional executive leadership The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 14+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related discipline or Master's with 12+ years experience. + 5+ years of direct or indirect experience leading others in a matrixed global organization + Demonstrated ability to develop, sell and implement a global, organization-wide strategy + Proven track record of successfully building, leading and influencing global, cross-functional teams + Ability to analyze and interpret data to make fact-based decisions by incorporating diverse feedback from a variety of stakeholders + Proven track record of driving results through influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Designing and managing large-scale global process and organizational changes + Working with relational data sets and data analysis tools to automate reporting and uncover data-based insights #LI-MR1 #LI-Onsite Join our winning team today.
