As a Solutions Analyst you will support the Solutions Development Sr. Manager to ensure balance between type and size of customer opportunities and Ingredion’s technical effort and knowledge investment to deliver and resolve for the opportunities. This role supports the development of a high-quality pipeline by ensuring a robust brief co-creation process.
Your role will be:
Support the brief process: Helps reinforce the need for brief quality to the account team, ensures all customer opportunities are in SFDC and that agreed business and technical rules are adhered to.
Ensure close-out in SFDC with the most accurate information in all cases: wins, losses, stage changes, etc.
Support of sales in co-creating a high-quality brief containing all commercial and technical information that enables direction in to type of the T&HS solution (e.g.single ingredient, catalyst, SR Solution, customized system solution) and actual local Solution development. This will help the evaluation of Ingredion’s ability to win based on regional capabilities, available resources, estimated development time, and customer required response time.
Support adequate reporting and analysis for feedback loop to HS and TRS on innovation around customer needs that cannot be answered by regional technical or are not in regional categories of focus.
Your profile needs this quialifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field with 3+ years tenure in food, food ingredients or food systems (desirable)
Experience in Go to Market, preferably (technical) sales and /or technical service and/or project management
Knowledge of SFDC, Power BI, and/or other CRM tools
Good understanding of the formulation capabilities and develompent activities needed to be successful with customized solutions
Fluent in English and Spanish.
