SR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (线束组装自动化)
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering Teams are process leaders for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output. They are experts in mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and assembly techniques, possessing extensive knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes which may include the optimization and standardization of stamping / molding / assembly or other processes within the manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Engineering Teams enable the TE business unit plants to reach TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) requirements, roll out Centers of Excellence (COE), Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP’s) and advise plants on tool and machine duplications / corrections / improvements. They design and develop manufacturing process and automation platforms and apply them for the realization of new product developments as well as optimization of existing products already in production. The Teams also support Product Development in the selection and optimization of tools for piece part production and the selection of the most suitable manufacturing concepts relative to planned manufacturing quantities, quality requirements and manufacturing location. They act as interface between engineering and production to ensure manufacturability of new designs and smooth production ramp up as well as support the research & development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples and prototypes.What your background should look like:

Purpose 
Develop tooling/fixture and equipment, create the equipment Maintenance plan and machine operation instruction, support ME process team for NPI and  MP process improvement with the objective of meeting  production requirements and ensure the machine stability and safe on production  within Engineering/EHS policies, procedures and systems. 

Key Responsibility 

设备开发,调试验收
参与新设备开发design review; 
验收并接收新机器 /产线,制定设备维护保养计划并监督执行;
改善已量产的机器或生产夹治具,提高生产力
In order to improve the efficency for production, Work with process team and vendors to review the design of  automation machine or fixtures; qualify and acceptacne the new machine; set-up maintainance plan and implementation; improve the mass production  machine and fixture to enhance the productivity 

组装部用夹治具
(i)评估新项目的新夹治具需求/成本;
(ii)根据项目核心团队成员的要求设计和审查新夹治具
(iii)将所有工具打印件上传到TE数据管理系统(DM.TEC,PDMLink等)
(iv)与外部供应商讨论和审查夹治具的细节。
(v)跟进采购流程,制造新的新夹治具。
(i) Evaluate new tool, fixture and equipment demand/cost for new projects;
(ii) Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting TE engineering and EHS requirement. 
(iii) Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)
(iv) Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.
(v) Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment. 

技术支持
自动线试产,量产运行及换型时为生产提供技术支撑,保证自动线运转正常
In order to en sure the auto line running smoothly, Provide technical support to manufacturing team during pilot run and production start-up/change over. 

问题解决
及时识别并解决生产中出现的机械故障,保证生产顺利进行; 
In order to ensure the production running smoothly, provide support on Problem identification and trouble-shooting with solution for a wide range of complex mechanical problems 
与相关部门进行高效地沟通,维持良好的工作关系,及时跟时并解决问题;
Responsible for the effective communication across the company 

培训指导
指导技术员并参与自动线维护及产品换型工作
Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly 

Requirements 
1. 本科学历,机械工程/自动化/机电一体化专业,优秀者可放宽学历要求
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
2. 五年以上非标设备设计或调试经验, 擅长工装夹治具设计; 
Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;
3. 熟悉视觉检测系统(如基恩士/康奈士),PLC,气动元件,传感器,马达和其他动作控制设备,以及相应元件选型;
Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;
4. 了解机械手的特性和操作,有机械手维护保养经验为佳;
Robot knowledge will be a plus; 
5.对于电气性能有一定了解;
Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;
6. 熟练使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等软件
Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing;
7. 出色的问题分析及解决能力,良好的人际沟通技能。
Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills. 
8. 英文读写良好,可阅读相关英文技术资料.
English skills, able to ready technical materials in English
