Visa is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Manager of Product Management to contribute to the development and delivery of advanced products and solutions. This role involves leveraging Payment Acceptance, EMV – Chip Authentication, Tokens, Visa Direct, 3DS rails, and PCI secure software-based technologies to enhance experiences for all ecosystem stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, issuers, acquirers, and technology platforms. The Senior Manager will ensure these solutions address the needs of both developed and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Pragmatic Product Building: Synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and service capabilities, writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories and requirements for complex features and product sets.Cross-Functional Liaison: Liaise with other business units, product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution and output enablement guides and collaterals.Business Problem Management: Lead and effectively manage business problems through hands-on troubleshooting and analysis, essential for key global projects/programs related to the new solution.Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with a high level of independence and knowledge, including EMV, FIDO, PCI, tokenization, application requirements, customer experience, and software and payments security.Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technology, effectively collaborating with various teams across Visa globally.Core Platform Development: Support the development of the core platform along with feature sets spanning the end-to-end payments lifecycle.Priority Setting and Tracking: Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to set priorities and track product development progress.Product Documentation: Manage periodic updates to product documentation and collaborate with global stakeholders on communication impacts, including developing FAQs, internal memos, and Visa Business News (VBN) articles.Release Management: Develop and approve business release articles and API release notes prior to client communication.Policy Development: Contribute to policy development, working closely with Ecosystem, Policy, Legal, Risk, and other business colleagues at market, regional, and global levels.This is a hybrid position. Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,200.00 to 206,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
