Key Responsibilities:
The Sponsorship Information Officer is responsible to support the overall sponsorship operation service in 1 or cluster AP by administrating all activities related to the operation of sponsorship information system called HOPE and supporting development of tools for monitoring RC presence and wellbeing, to contribute to the achievement of CESP goals. The SIO will ensure the alignment with relevant strategies (national, regional, sponsorship), policies (ministry policies, sponsorship policy, DME management policy, Child Protection policy) and standards (LEAP, Sponsorship Standard & Programming Guidelines, financial). The SIO will work in close coordination with Operating Model Partner Field Team. The SIO may be supported by National Office Sectoral Team.
Strategy Development & Planning
Develop monitoring and evaluation plan and tools for monitoring RC presence, participation and basic welfare.
Do mapping existing child monitoring tools for in order to fit with the needs of field staff or partners.
formulate, test and revise RC monitoring and RC update data to capture RC updated data (e.g RC presence, RC & family participation, RC well being, etc) for sponsorship needs and program needs
Support PLA and FGD Baseline survey and assessment.
b. Provide inputs in the development of sponsorship business process in AP.
Analyse the existing sponsorship business process
Support the formulation, test and revision of sponsorship business process to fit AP context.
Resource Acquisition & Management
Provide inputs for the development of annual operating plan and budget - CESP on tools and equipments needed for operating Sponsorship Information System (SIS).
Install and effectively and efficiently use SIS hardware and software such as, internet connection, LAN, HOPE, printer and scanner.
Check, maintain SIS infrastructure regularly to ensure its proper function and acquire assistance if necessary.
Provide technical assistance for field team of Operating model partner in monitoring RC presence, participation and basic welfare
Capacity Building
Train project staff, operating model staffs and cadres on SIS (HOPE, DI photo, video, and project database) and basic sponsorship knowledge and skill.
Check the quality of DI
Produce, monitor and analyze indicators for RC presence (CMS), RC & family participation in development activities & RC well-being (e.g. education, health, birth certificate, etc).
Accountability & Quality Assurance:
Assist development of projects data base.
Technical tasks:
Process and input CH, CMS, Child Participation, Child and family support into HOPE
Data recociliation: Produce, analyze and report to CESP Coordinator RC turn over report.
System maintenance
Ensure the pending task is managed according to standard and take necessary action accordingly
Maintain dan review local database relevant to AP needs
Report problems relating to HOPE to NO in 24 hours.
Ensure the validity of data input into HOPE
Process adds, holds, drops, child death, reactivate, child annual update in single Step
Sponsorship performance and RC data is appropriately updated into the system, maintained, documented and analyzed according to partnership standard.
Produce data for monthly GNOD report including to do list, to do summary, management report, progress of APR, CC/GC and CMS; and submit to CESP Coordinator on agreed date.
Produce overdue and current pending correspondence from HOPE regularly.
Networking & Coordination:
Manage effective relationships and networks with various development partners including Operating model partner as negotiated with Project Coordinator / AP Manager. Be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners.

Management & Leadership:
Contribute to a working environment of mutual trust, respect, and care among all staff.
Support CESP Coordinator and operating model partner to ensure project goals are met according to AP plan and Annual Operating Plan on time, on budget and with quality.
Required Professional Experience
Have experience in operating database and data processing application such as excel and access.
Required Education,training, license, registration, and certification
Bachelor degree all major or diploma degree in IT
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Simple troubleshooting skills.
Familiar to mobile device with android operating system.
Data-based analysing and reporting.
