**About the role**
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our partner programs to drive mutual growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute partner program strategies to achieve business objectives.
+ Onboard new partners to expand our partner network.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver partner enablement resources, including training, marketing materials, and sales tools.
+ Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Manage partner program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our partner programs.
+ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
**About you**
+ 5+ years of experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing partner programs and driving business growth.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**What to expect from Pearson**
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $110,000.
