Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our manufacturing team as a Specialist!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

To assist the Shift Leader in all process topics within Manufacturing. Ensuring operators are trained to the correct standard and delivering the correct quality to the customer.

Key Deliverables:

Establish, maintain, with a quality mindset to processEnsure team members are trained and developed to their full potential, coaching them appropriatelyIssue within the process to be root caused and improvements implementedDrive internal costs down (process driven)

Additional responsibilities:

Ensuring correct Quality Standards are appliedFirst Response to issuesActively monitor and review associate training in line with training departmentUtilisation of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles, ensuring we deliver competitive products from an agile and sustainably waste-free value streamCommunicate issues with Shift Leader

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Working Hours: Annualised hours averaging 39 hours per week over the year. The working week length will be based over a range from 30 hours to 48 hours. Shifts will vary from 1st shift Mornings, 2nd shift Afternoons to 3rd shift Nights.
