Job DescriptionThis role is the authority providing legal insights, advice and thought leadership in a specific area of specialisation relevant to the Bank. Providing specialist, quality legal advice and services to the business, legal entity boards and governance committees. Identifying long term risk exposure, manage potential risk and maximising revenue streams by interpreting and evaluating legal information, also drafting related commercial contracts. Experience Required
10 years or more experience in an area of specialisation with Legal.
More than 10 years experience in the legal/financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors at a senior management level.
More than 10 years experience in setting the direction and precedent for engagement in legal matters.
