The Ericsson Radio and Baseband Products have our ASICs as their backbone. Our ASICs continuously push limits in size, complexity, power, performance, process node technology, and design methodology. As our ASIC Product Engineering Team Lead, you will work closely with other engineering disciplines as the design takes shape at the IP, SOC, and system level to ensure the final ASIC achieves program goals. You will also collaborate with cross-site colleagues and partners as we evolve capability to compete with the best in the world and accelerate our 5G leadership position.
What you will do
Lead ASIC Product Engineering development and execution ultimately technically leading a team of product and test engineers that you help build from scratch.
AI/ML based life cycle data analytics
Define flows and methods and select the tools to analyze test data, scan logs, SRAM bitmaps, etc. to reduce cost through test time reduction and yield improvement.
Collaborate with System designers, SOC designers, DFT, and Test engineers to collect and articulate the test plan requirements from validation and characterization through high volume production.
Provide technical leadership to guide OSAT suppliers to satisfy technical and manufacturing requirements in terms of data collection, qualification plans, burn-in specifications, and execution of the plans.
Work with probe card, load board, and burn-in board suppliers to provide design requirements and to approve schematics and layout.
You will bring
7+ years experience in semiconductor product engineering/management of complex digital SOC’s.
Familiarity testing high speed SerDes interfaces and analog IP (high speed ADC and DAC’s).
Thorough understanding of Scan/ATPG, MBIST, Boundary Scan, and Fuse Blocks.
A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally.
Education: Minimum of B.S. in an Engineering field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science.
Basr Pay Range: $200,000 to $250,000
