**The Opportunity:**
As a CACI-Mission & Engineering Services (M&ES) Space Operations Integrator (SOI), you will facilitate and coordinate all aspects of operational level planning, synchronization, and integration for U.S. Space Forces – Central (SPACECENT). You will develop and maintain an outreach strategy to ensure operational capabilities are properly nested within other U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) component’s planning efforts.
**Responsibilities:**
The SOI will develop and maintain a Community of Interest (COI) with all Department of Defense (DoD) entities within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) focused on space capabilities and their support to the joint fight. This COI will ensure continuity of space effects and capabilities support. The SOI is capable of multiple annual temporary duty assignments to meet customer requirements. It provides analytical support and develops Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to support tactical feedback and operational growth. Furthermore, the SOI will proactively seek out, identify, plan for, propose, and integrate operational capabilities in support of CENTCOM Operational Area of Interest (OAIs).
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willing to submit to a CI Poly.
+ More than seven years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
+ Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and short-term to OCONUS locations.
+ Be able to provide extended OCONUS support for emerging requirements and during contingency operations.
+ You must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
+ Be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
+ Possess a bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience or ten years of relevant work experience.
_Desired:_
+ More than five years of experience with SOF, SMU, and Special or Technical Units of Federal, State, or Local Law Enforcement.
+ Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents, and FRAGOs.
+ Working knowledge of ACW and C5ISR and/or other emerging weapons or threats.
+ Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
+ Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
+ Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,000 - $163,800
