Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of Spa Therapist is executed satisfactorily when:
\n\nProvide spa treatments according to the Spa menu, standards and outlined protocols. \nDeliver special, individualized, and unique service to guests in the Spa.\nUp sell and recommend in a thoughtful way—treatments, retail and homecare. \nConfidently handle and rectify guest queries or small complaints. \nEnsure guests comfort and a genuine, welcoming environment for all guests.\nEnsure a proper handover is completed in the guest journey as per the\ndocumented standard following up on treatment experience \nMaintain the setup, hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and treatment equipment.\nMaintain complete discretion and confidentially in all communications with guests.\nManage levels of professional stock and supplies, including linen. \nRetain proper working knowledge of the process, benefit and outcome of all treatments and products in the Spa. \nReference and adjust treatments according to the guest’s health assessment.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nPossess a high school diploma or its equivalent, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in luxury spas and health clubs, backed by verifiable references.\nHold a certificate demonstrating knowledge in massage therapy, including anatomy, physiology, and beauty therapy.\nExhibit proficiency in comprehending and specializing in a diverse range of beauty products, aesthetic appliances, their specifications, and applications.\nDemonstrate familiarity with the utilization of facial, nail, or other beauty technologies essential for spa treatments.\nShowcase proficiency in English, with additional advantages for proficiency in various massage techniques such as Thai, & Ayurveda.\n
