1. Supervise, and organizes spa therapist and spa attendant, ensuring all aspects of the daily spa operation runs smoothly and guests are providing with maximum levels of service and satisfaction. Work together with Spa AL Manager to maintain cost and monitoring therapist and attendant / daily worker’s cost conscious.
2. Implement daily check Audit. File daily check list of: defect, glitch, maintenance of the day. Report pending task to Manager.
3. Responsible for controlling, reporting and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in spa department activities. Report to Manager with any staff related issues.
4. Responsible for ensuring implementation of property core standard in the department and implementation of the regular assessments, checklists, and communication to your team and your superior. Responsible for ensuring Spa Spa Retail operational in line with standard and levels of service and guest’s satisfaction maintain while Manager is off duty.
5. Participate and work together with Manager to ensure that all policies, procedures and rules, set by the management are adhered to by Spa therapist, Spa attendant and Daily worker in Communications at all times. Able to conduct short training.
6. Determinate weekly task and report it as responsibility to Manager. Ensure all administration and collect data in daily basis.
7. To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
