Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a SPA Supervisor / SPA Manager position\nA specialized higher education degree (preferably in health tourism)\nExcellent English language skills\nExcellent communication skills\nGood organizational and independent problem-solving skills\nLeadership skills, experience in managing a small team\nGroomed, excellent appearance\nPolite behavior, guest-oriented thinking\nOpen, friendly but assertive personality\nFlexibility\n
