South-East Europe Sales and Product Manager of Engineered Materials
Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals, with a focus on driving sales of engineering compounds like Polyamide, POM, PEEK, and other key products. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights, tailoring strategies to maximize sales of specified engineering compounds. Market Expansion: Identify new customer segments, geographic regions, and industry verticals to expand market presence, particularly for core products like polymer compounds. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and engineering materials, especially related to polymers, to effectively promote and sell company products. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and generate reports to highlight key achievements and growth opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on sales goals, address customer requirements, and refine processes for business optimization. Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, manage expenses, and allocate resources efficiently. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards across all sales activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven sales management experience, preferably within engineering materials or manufacturing sectors, with knowledge of compounds such as Polyamide, POM, PEEK, and PPS. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across cultures and languages, with fluency in English. A results-driven mindset with a track record of taking projects from concept to execution. Analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility to travel extensively (more than 60%) to engage with clients and expand market reach.
