As a South Cone Facilities Manager, you’ll have the chance to manage the commercial facilities of Abbott, making efficient use of resources and guaranteeing an excellent execution of the facilities' own activities, with a customer service vision. **What You’ll Do** + Support divisions in the implementation of projects that allow continuous improvement of processes and generate efficiency and savings. + Manage and control administrative processes seeking to improve the company's productivity, evaluating the performance of third parties related to the facilities area that offer services to company employees, maintaining the standards of quality and service required by Abbott. + Manage and control the expenses of the budget of the area, taking control of expenses and identifying savings opportunities. + Work in the budget expenses and capital plan, ensuring activities are executed within budget. + Identify opportunities to implement efficiencies and obtain savings. + Plan and participate actively in the negotiation process of facilities services contracts, providing the greatest added value for our operation. + Establish third-party service agreements related to facilities, such as: housekeeping, maintenance, cafeteria, transportation of employees, facility guards, document management, correspondence and all those services related to facilities management; developing action plans and commitments that guarantee excellence in the execution of these services, as well as the implementation of aspects of innovation in their area of responsibility. + Anticipate the requirements of spaces and services of facilities required by the different commercial divisions, maintaining a constant and clear communication with the different hierarchical levels of the organization. + Work jointly with the Facility Planning and Corporate Real Estate area in the planning and execution of remodeling projects for our commercial facilities. + Coordinate and execute the preventive maintenance plan of the facilities. Guarantee the sense of urgency and efficient response to emergencies due to corrective or reactive maintenance. + Work jointly with the Security and EHS areas, to guarantee that our facilities comply with occupational, physical, and environmental safety standards. + Establish and maintain management indicators to measure the capacity of the facilities and the levels of employee satisfaction in the services related to the facilities. + Promoting compliance with safety, health and environmental policies and practices, participating, and collaborating with the actions of the area. + Continuous improvement of the processes under its responsibility and elimination of activities that do not add value. + Commitment to the scope of the levels of Customer Service (Internal and External) established by the Division. **Required Qualifications** + Bilingual professional in Engineering, Architecture. + 4-6 years in Facilities Management positions, preferably in facilities leadership. + Knowledge in building maintenance in multinational companies. + Availability to travel: Required one time per month (3 to 5 working days). .
