Sous Chef (Indonesian Nationality Only)

You will be responsible for all culinary dishes prepared in the western restaurant and banquet of the kitchen. As aSous Chef you are knowledgeable of your area of expertise and of culinary functions in general. You take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests. You are well organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You display leadership qualities and take the time to ensure that the chefs in your section are well trained in all aspects of the menu and safe food handling.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Several years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.Previous experience in high quality cuisine at Sous or Junior Sous Chef levelFormal training in culinary arts is often preferred.Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen team.Good knowledge of HACCP best practices.Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.A passion for culinary innovation and the ability to contribute original ideas to menu development.Indonesian Citizen
