**Description:** You will be responsible for managing the operations related to the Dim Sum section, ensuring exceptional quality, authenticity, and consistency in preparation and presentation. This role involves leading a specialized team in producing handcrafted dim sum items, overseeing mise en place, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to innovative menu creation while preserving traditional techniques.
