Our kitchen executes a seasonally changing menu that blends contemporary American cuisine with elevated technique and a commitment to quality. In addition to a la carte service, we regularly execute private dining and banquet events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale buyouts.
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented kitchen and is passionate about mentorship, consistency, and culinary excellence. This role is critical in supporting daily BOH operations, executing prep and service at the highest level, and collaborating closely with both the Executive Chef and front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead prep and line execution during service, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency Manage BOH team in absence of Executive Chef; support scheduling, training, and discipline Uphold and enforce kitchen systems, prep lists, cleaning schedules, and pars Assist with menu execution, seasonal rollouts, and prep for banquets and special events Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with DOH guidelines and internal protocols Foster a professional, respectful kitchen culture through hands-on leadership and accountabilityWhat We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prep stations and staff Working knowledge of inventory management, food cost awareness, and vendor relations A team player who leads by example and actively supports FOH-BOH communication Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and eveningBonus If You Have:
