Job Description:

Sourcing Manager - Cocoa

As sourcing manager, you will be responsible for executing cocoa sourcing strategies and managing supplier contracts for our European factories. You will drive best value in a complex and dynamic supply chain while supporting sustainability commitments and business objectives.

What are we looking for?

Significant experience in sourcing and/or supply chain management

Strong negotiation, contracting, and sourcing expertise

Experience delivering value in dynamic market conditions

Interest in cocoa or raw material supply chains

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Your key responsibilities:

Execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply security

Build market expertise to support category strategy and decision-making

Maximize value across price, cash, sustainability, and service

Ensure compliance with contracting standards and policies

Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Drive strategic initiatives, including cost-saving projects and regulatory adherence
