Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive). Or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

 

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:

 Call flow for LTE and 5GSA; Data Collection and Retrieval procedures on live systems; OpenStack, VMware, and VIO (VMWARE Integrated OpenStack); Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible; and Designing container-based CMG (SMF/UPF) on AWS, Google Anthos, or Redhat OpenShift.

Perform deployment and integration of Cloud Packet Core between other network elements and provide support for Nokia EPC (Evolved Packet Core) & NGC (Next Generation Core) Software Validation and Regression. Deploy, commission, integration, and troubleshoot of virtualized or cloud solutions Packet Core products. Assist with regression testing after SWUP (Software Update), Feature Validation, and KPI analysis reports after FOA. Perform lifecycle management via CBAM (Cloud band application Manager) /NCOM(Nokia Cloud Operations Manager) implementing SW changes. Strategize/design new Network Functions Visualization Offerings and Orchestrated Services while working for service incubation and contributing to Opensource and on Clouds. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies. Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
