Job Title: Solution Sales Expert
Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Solution Sales Expert in Newtown Square, PA to create a complete territory business plan.
Expectations and Tasks:
Identify and qualify opportunities and develop and drive strategy; develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions (CRM, HCM, SCM GRC, EPM, Business Intelligence, etc.); provide services to potential customers and prospects; create and nurture senior executive relationships, while positioning the SAP executive team; work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals; work with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals; work to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead; work with VAT team on sales campaigns. Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within accounts; work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities; and develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across accounts.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Administration, Management or related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Administration, Management or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
Leading designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles resulting in customer references;
Private and public SaaS offerings, and experience working with customers on the value statements of both models;
Selling and aligning sales strategy with business model innovations and digital transformations against customer challenges;
Networking and connecting with decisions makers at the highest levels of potential clients to best present the SAP library of products; and
Advancing and closing sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $141,020-$239,690. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $256,400-$435,800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
