Join our Mobile Financial Services (MFS) team within the Business Unit Fintech, where we shape and execute strategies to drive Ericsson’s Mobile Financial Services business toward growth and profitability.

What you will do
Writing High level and low-level design for Mobile Wallet implementation and integration points and ensure the successful implementation and solution delivery of relevant nodes, including the Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP).
Engage in daily customer interactions to gather and understand new requirements.
Prepare and manage design solutions in multi-vendor and complex system environments.
Contribute to business case modelling related to customer solutions.
Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to address technology strategies, understand requirements and key challenges.
Responsible for ensuring product Integration with various third-party servers for example USSD, SMSC, Service Delivery Platform, Banks etc.
Write acceptance tests and obtain customer sign-off.
Report progress on assigned activities to the Customer Project Manager (CPM) and relevant stakeholders within the program and to the customer.
Pursue proactive development of personal competencies in new solution areas and obtain relevant certifications.
Propose innovative solutions to customers, facilitating the creation of new business opportunities for Ericsson.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience, including:
Active involvement in customer governance
Expertise in fintech solution analysis and design and must have exposure in writing of solution documents including HLD, LLD and other design related documents
Experience with product deployment in public cloud environment.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker-based deployments
Knowledge of UNIX, DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, Oracle, XML APIs, clustering, MySQL, IP networking, and client-server concepts; proficiency in MS Project or MS Visio is essential.
Extensive experience building C-level relationships, with strong skills in communication, presentation, influencing, and developing value propositions
Broad technical expertise, particularly in Ericsson monetization solutions, including convergent charging and billing; knowledge of CRM, digital front-end, omni-channel, and architecture is desirable
Insight into market and technology evolution, especially major trends in fintech; ability to translate these into business opportunities
Strong business acumen with excellent customer management, communication, and presentation abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of personal development; ability to lead diverse, multicultural, and matrixed teams effectively
Sharp decision-making skills, with proven problem-solving, strategic thinking, and consultative selling abilities
High accountability and autonomy; effective time management across a broad scope. Ability to thrive in dynamic and uncertain environments
Solid understanding of commercial and contract management, sales processes, and financial principles for informed decision-making
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decisions
Advanced English proficiency (C1)
