Responsibilities

Create and manage WMS project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: Requirement, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.

\n\nTo support country’s potential RFQ/RFI, work closely with IT Customer Solutions to provide viable, strategic business solutions to support growth agenda.\nDrive and govern full IT implementations for country using DHL strategic solutions.\nPromote innovation initiatives through IT implementations and continue to drive improvement for existing operations.\nApply IT Project Management methodology (DePICT) to IT Project activities insuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.\n\n

Functionality Enhancements:

\n\nRequirement gathering and Solution design\nBusiness Solution Document\nWMS (BY, Manhatton) System Setup & configuration\nWMS Interface development / Interface Specification, Integrator development and custom reports and labels\nReport development (Jasper report and Page builder)\nTrain to end user\nSolution Deployment/Data migration\n\n

Support:

\n\nProvide solution and support operation request or incident\nDay to day operational support\nSupport the change requested by business\nDevelop change specification document\nWMS System configuration as per change request\nMass update of master and transaction data\nUpdate Work instruction- Knowledge Base\nCoordinate and Manage existing IT Knowledge Base\nWork with application support team to update Knowledge base\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent\nMinimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT Solution analysis, implementation and ongoing support\nPreferred completion of 2-3 full cycle WMS implementation experience\nMust have strong WMS (BY / Manhattan) implementation experience\nMust have experience Jasper Reports, Page Builder and ORACLE and label development\nGood understanding of warehouse operational process and Strong Analytical skills\nHas Commercial Awareness and Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding\nAbility to influence and negotiate and customer orientated\nHas the drive to achieve and is a self -starter\n\n
