Solution Advisor

Responsible for sales presentations and product demonstrations in pre-sales and/or post-sales for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Delivers, helps develop, and maintains standard product demonstrations and materials to secure business and increase revenue. Understands business and industry; helps customers realize return on investment and drives knowledge into sales force.

Accountability

responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions collaborates in devising long-term concepts may include team lead or supervisory responsibilities

Complexity

contributes independently, resolves complex issues with SAP BTP (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects) works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility provides regular project status and updates decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy enhance complex systems & processes

Experience

advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas of SAP BTP Has developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility

Communication

builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Role Purpose

To drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning SAP BTP solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that maximize customer value and ensure high renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities

include but not limited to:

Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP BTP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP BTP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP BTP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.
