We are looking for exceptional software engineers/developers in our PBM Plus Technology Organization. This role will require a Salesforce Developer completing delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Engineering job family and will work on configuring and developing Salesforce component in a secure Salesforce Sales Cloud application. They are expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Engineering job family, supporting the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery.  Build complex software systems and communicates with users, other technical teams, and managementMeet with technology product owners to understand business, functional, and technical requirements & acceptance criteriaPerform application design, configuration, testing and deployment – developing solutions based on requirementsPerform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platformParticipate in efforts to develop and execute testing, documentation, and trainingUtilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to support the Salesforce platformProactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development effortsProvide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistancePerform peer reviews on implementation done by other developers and offer feedback and suggestionsProvide guidance to junior engineersCommunicate development progress to managementEvaluate and maintain Salesforce security best practicesSupport off-hour releases as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Required Experience & Education: 

4+ years experience in Software Development4+ years experience in Salesforce DevelopmentExperience in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Development or able to learn it quicklyDirect experience working on CRM projects for middle market or enterprise size companies4-year University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplinePractical understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsSalesforce Developer Certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II preferred

Location & Hours of Work

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriatePrimarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
