We’re looking for a Software Engineering Senior Analyst who will be responsible for enriching a Cloud Practice within Core Tech Engg & Solutions (CTES) to accelerate us on Cloud journey for claim platforms by reengineering current state legacy systems. The journey requires building foundational capabilities / patterns and enabling teams from a design, technical architecture and selecting cloud services wisely. This role required proved technology leadership with strong hands-on digital experience. Responsibilities: As a Lead Analyst, evangelize a Cloud Engineering culture and community within core platforms. As a Lead Analyst, enable Cloud Engineering teams and guild / practice across core platforms. Develop existing engineering talent for modern Cloud practices / solutions. Engineer foundational modern Cloud capabilities and empower / enable teams to utilize it. Develop a CTES Cloud roadmap and track progress against roadmap. Analyze / Assess current state of core claim adjudication platforms and its bottleneck. Provider innovative solutions to eliminate the complex system architecture to modern component-based cloud solutions. Qualifications Required Skills and Education 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions. Strong healthcare domain experience especially within claim adjudication Expert level experience in relational and NOSQL databases Strong experience in Python, Angular, Node Js, mongodb, and Postgres DB skills required. Hands on experience on AWS complex implementation. College degree (Bachelor) in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience. Good to Have Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Strong influencing / negotiation skills, interpersonal / relationship management skills., positive, growth-oriented mindset Strong time and project management skills. Lead architecture / design of claim modernization. Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example. Hands-on, collaborative, partnering and engineering lead mindset, empathetic technical leadership and talent development Boundless intellectual curiosity to continually explore how to move better, faster and cheaper Collaborative voice for solution integrity utilizing best practices and industry standards Technical and marketing skills to craft and execute initiatives, willing to learn, go above and beyond attitudes. Experience with modern and legacy development languages. Desired Experience: Holding any AWS Certification. Healthcare experience including Disease Management Coaching the team members Lead the claim platform data management, migration planning, and engineering / operations. Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
