Software Engineering Associate Advisor

Our people make all the difference in our success. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and deploying them on cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and other DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development:

Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

Backend Development:

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js. Design and implement server-side logic to support frontend applications. Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Cloud Integration:

Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, and CloudWatch for application development and monitoring.

CI/CD and Automation:

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or similar. Automate deployment processes and ensure smooth delivery pipelines.

Optional Responsibilities (Good-to-Have Skills):

Use Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to manage cloud resources. Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment and monitoring processes.

Required Skills:

Primary Skills:

Frontend:

Strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js for building modern web applications.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Backend:

Strong experience in Node.js for building scalable server-side applications.Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.Knowledge of database design and query optimization for relational and NoSQL databases.

Cloud:

Hands-on experience with AWS services for deploying and managing applications.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.    8-11 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Experience & Education: 

8-11 years of experience in development using Java and Spring Boot.High School diploma or equivalent required.

Location & Hours of Work

(Hyderabad – Hybrid - 1PM IST to 10PM IST)
