The system Test team is part of the Database Server Technologies division. It is responsible for performing multi-tier stress, destructive, and performance tests using various testing tools, to emulate real-world enterprise DB usage scenarios. These simulations are conducted in a lab environment consisting of tens/hundreds of servers, to mimic end-to-end high-stress scenarios, involving large and complex DB configurations.

As a member of the team, we will give you proper training, so you get the chance to explore the latest Oracle DB features and technologies. You will gain first-hand experience in a few very large/complex DB configurations, both for on-premises and Oracle Cloud service. You will be responsible for designing cases and writing shell or Python codes and to automate the tests. Responsibilities

Autonomous Database

Develop and maintain database applications in cloud environments (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Azure SQL) Basic understanding of cloud services and REST APIs Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries and scripts for cloud databases Automate tasks using any of the scripting languages like Python, Shell, Perl Monitor and optimize cloud database performance and resources Collaborate with teams to design and implement cloud database solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Willingness to learn new technologies and improve skill sets
