We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our ever-evolving Process Automation team to help us enhance our customer experience.

About The Team
Part of our Automation Platform, this team works to enhance overall customer experience as they build platform and products to support enterprise process automation in a low / no code platform. We work on cutting edge tech stack like Java, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud(OCI), CNCF, Docker, Kubernetes.

Technical Skills

Must have Strong and proven experience in the field of architecture design, development, and deployment of applications both on-premises and on Cloud. Proficient in Cloud based services and microservices architecture for scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a definite advantage.
Experience in leading the definition and development of Cloud Native, Multi Tenant software
Proficient working and managing Distributed Systems involving Java, Kotlin, ReactJs, Spring Boot, SOAP, Oracle RDBMS, Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.
Experience in building GraphQL, REST APIs and Micro services architecture, Micro front-end

Leadership & Project Management

Proven experience leading Agile development teams, cross functional interaction and cloud projects.
Strong in resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.

Problem Solving
Able to lead teams in diagnosing complex issues that span products and services, optimize workflows, monitoring, and ensure system resilience.

Communication & Collaboration
Effective communicator who can align cross-functional teams and communicate at the level required of the audience.
