Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is developing a unified governance model to manage the lifecycle of internal libraries—covering creation, qualification, consumption, and deprecation. This role will lead a team, which is responsible for building and scaling the systems and policies that ensure safe and consistent use of shared libraries across OCI. The manager in this role will drive the strategic vision for library lifecycle management, partner with key stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and build infrastructure, and guide the delivery of automated guardrails that prevent customer-impacting issues. This includes overseeing the development of enforcement tooling, build-time validation, and centralized visibility into library health and usage patterns In addition to execution oversight, the manager will be responsible for growing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring technical alignment across initiatives. This role is critical to improving engineering quality and operational resilience across OCI.
