We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead a new cloud operations team in Japan.  The role will lead a team of Technical Operations Engineers to support 24x7 operations of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure as part of the Sovereign Cloud organization. We need a strong leader to help build and lead a team. 

You must be passionate about operations and the customer experience.  You should be comfortable supporting distributed systems that interact with a variety of services. You should enjoy building effective organizations, coaching and mentoring, and representing your organization to senior leadership. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
